A key feature in Round Square schools is the expectation that all students will engage with local and wider communities through voluntary service activities. Community service is in the heart of Regent’s approach to well rounded learning.

This academic year, the Primary school children of Regent’s International School Bangkok have really excelled themselves, raising 100,000 baht for The Good Shepherd Sisters. Last week, the Regent’s team, led by Mr Andy Edmonds, visited Sister Louise and Sister Chalaad at the center to present the cheque on behalf of the school.

The Good Shepherd Sisters will be putting the donations towards improving their day care facilities. The Good Shepherd Sisters has been Regent’s service partner for many years now. They are a part of an international congregation of Our Lady Of Charity Of The Good Shepherd. Their mission is to reach out and care for, with great zeal and compassion, women and children living in poverty and all those vulnerable or exploited from violence and human trafficking.
