EDF Foundation receives support from American Women’s Club of Thailand for 315 needy female students’ education

AWC has been collaborating with the EDF Foundation since 2012. The presentation is aimed at supporting 315 needy Thai female high-school students in 2024 academic year. It is also part of AWC commitment to promote women’s rights and gender equality through education.
EDF Foundation was established in 1987 and registered as a charitable organization No. 255 under the laws of Thailand. The foundation has been recognized from both locally and internationally.
It received several awards and recognitions, including CAF International Validated Organization Badge for its charitable purposes and operations which have safeguards against the risk of fraud, money laundering or other illicit activities; 5 Star rating award for its Good Governance & Transparency and Financial Efficiency from Giving Back Association; Thailand NGO Awards for large organization category from the Rockefeller Foundation, Kenan Institute Asia and the Resource Alliance and more.
