The University of Phayao Has Signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Gammaco (Thailand) Company Limited to Collaborate on the Development of Inventors and Innovators.
The signing ceremony, held on Wednesday, January 31st, 2024, at the Bowon Rattanaprasit conference room, was attended by Associate Professor Dr. Supakorn Phongbangpho, the President of the University of Phayao, and executives from both institutions. Dr. Nuanwan Cha-um, Assistant Managing Director of Gammaco (Thailand) Company Limited, was welcomed to sign the MOU, which aims to provide students with training in inventor and innovation skills, as well as inventor incubator teacher training.
Academic cooperation, as outlined in the Memorandum of Understanding between the University of Phayao, the School of Science, and Gammaco (Thailand) Company Limited, aims to facilitate the exchange of knowledge and enhance teaching and learning. This partnership also includes the provision of academic services in coach training and the joint development of students’ potential to become inventors and innovators. The ultimate goal is to equip students with the necessary knowledge and skills to create new inventions and innovations. By fostering a culture of creativity and innovation, students will be able to contribute to the development of advanced equipment and tools, which will ultimately benefit the country.
