Public Relations and Corporate Communications Workshop: Enhancing Writing Skills and Online Content Creation
From December 7th to 9th, 2023, the University of Phayao organized a workshop focused on improving writing skills and creating online content.Under the theme “Public Relations, Corporate Communications, University of Phayao Network Activity (PR UP Network)”, the event was conducted by the Division of General Affairs at the University of Phayao Chiang Rai Campus.
During the workshop, on December 7th, 2023, the participants engaged in discussions on the topic: “World University Rankings: University of Phayao – PR Can Make an Impact.” Professor Dr. Samur Thanoi, Vice President for Research and Innovation at the University of Phayao, provided insights to enhance the university’s ranking operations. Additionally, Associate Professor Dr. Ekasiddh Wongrath, President of the School of Phayao Staff Council, delivered a lecture on the “Welfare Rights of the University of Phayao Personnel.” The seminar included a warm welcome and an introduction by Associate Professor Phanintra Teeranon, Assistant to the President, who introduced the guest speakers: Dr. Rattanawadee Setthajit, Professor at the College of Social Communication Innovation at Srinakarinwirot University, and Professor Rattanang Tulawan, Researcher at the Knowledge Network Institute of Thailand. These speakers shared their expertise on communication techniques and conducted a workshop on writing articles.
On December 8th, 2023, the participants attended a session on “Creating Personal Presence” facilitated by Mr. Sorayuth Angkhananukit, a humorous lecturer. The session taught effective use of online media as a communication channel across various platforms, to meet the needs of target audiences.Following this, a lecture on “Creating Content through Intimate Stories” allowed participants to engage in a “TIKTOK Content Creator” workshop activity. The attendees presented their work and received valuable feedback from the professors, which could be applied in their future operations.
