Chulalongkorn Business School Announces ASEAN and Thailand’s Top Corporate Brands 2022
Chulalongkorn Business School’s Master in Branding and Marketing (MBM) Program with the Stock Exchange of Thailand and Manager Online organized “ASEAN and Thailand’s Top Corporate Brands 2022” to announce the research results on ASEAN and Thailand’s Top Corporate Brand Values of 2022. The award ceremony was presided over by the President of Chulalongkorn University, Prof. Dr. Bundhit Eua-arporn. There were a number of CEOs who showed up to receive the prestigious awards at Chulalongkorn University Auditorium on January 18th, 2023.
Prof. Emeritus Dr. Guntalee Ruenrom and Asst. Prof. Dr. Ake Pattaratanakun, from Marketing Department, Chulalongkorn Business School, who developed the corporate brand valuation tool known as CBS Valuation said “Despite the Covid-19 pandemic, we continue doing the research. We had announced the corporate brand values of listed companies in Thailand and ASEAN countries for many years. We are proud that our research can encourage business executives to be aware of the importance and roles of their corporate brands which can contribute to their business growth and success in the long run.”
In 2022, there are 13 companies in different business sectors received Thailand’s Top Corporate Brand Awards. They are Carabao Group, Tisco Financial Group, Muangthai Capital, TQM Alpha, TOA Paint (Thailand), Asset World Corp., Gulf Energy Development, Home Product Center, Bangkok Chain Hospital, VGI, Bangkok Express Way and Metro, KCE Electronics and Total Access Communication.
Additionally, 6 companies received ASEAN’s Top Corporate Brand Awards, including Bank Central Asia Tbk Pt from Indonesia, IHH Healthcare Berhad from Malaysia, SM Investments Corporation from The Philippines, Thai Beverage PCL from Singapore, Airports of Thailand PCL from Thailand, and Vingroup JSC from Vietnam.
ASEAN and Thailand’s Top Corporate Brands award has been highly recognized among top firms in the region. This year marks the 13th anniversary of the CBS Valuation research.
